Happy you’re here!

Let’s get to know each other.

What Happened Next.

This realization lead to so many great adventures. Lots of “Eat, Pray, Love” moments. Travel. Conversations. Learning. Laughter. Tears (so many tears). But most importantly a lightbulb moment (growth). We’re all in some way seeking purpose. Aren’t we? We’re all trying to find our path and our people. But why is it so so hard?

How It Started.

It all began as most stories do. I was at a crossroads, and truthfully, overwhelmed. I was inundated with opinions and advice. Albeit most in the name of “support”, but nonetheless, in dizzying amounts. It wasn’t until I sought solitude that I realized so much of life is chasing ideas, beliefs, acceptance, avoidance… things.

Why We Love It.

Life is less about what happens to you and more about your mindset. Things happen, but the power is in CHOICE. When you say no to the things (sometimes thoughts) that aren’t aligned with the life you want — you’re telling YOURSELF each time YOU matter. You’re supporting your purpose. And creating your story. Life changing!

“Woo” vs. Work.

Do not confuse mindset with wishing or hoping. Where the “woo” meets the work — is being able to confidently say no to things not in alignment. It is having the inner trust in knowing what is right for you is abundant, rather than deciding from a place of fear or scarcity. Life is work. It is fun, too! It’s all about finding and supporting balance.

When Can You Begin.

The thing about this “work” is that it isn’t really work. It is, but there aren’t assignments and workbooks. And best of all… no influencer scams, 1:1 coaching plans, or expensive programs to join. You can start now. As in today… or any time you decide you’re ready to make a change. This work is less about perfection and more about doing.

Where Are Things Now.

I believe we all have a need to feel there is a purpose. But often, we struggle to identify what we are seeking, articulate exactly what it is, and much less develop a plan or put it to action. We’re distracted 24/7 with social media and addicted to comforting ourselves by drowning out our own inner voice. It’s time for change!
